Clear fees, with no pay-to-rank.

The first 10 eligible organisations without personal injury or compensation coverage join for $99 for their first 12 months, then continue automatically at $99 per month. Later eligible standard organisations join for $99 per month. For an eligible non-personal-injury matter, an accepted introduction costs the higher of 10% of the verified standard hourly rate or $40. Payment never affects recommendation order.

Personal injury and compensation matters

Participating law firms may pay fixed MatterPath membership or advertising fees. For personal injury and compensation matters, MatterPath does not charge a law firm per claimant or accepted introduction, by claim value, by legal fees or by outcome. Consumers choose which firm may receive their identifying information. Any organisation that offers Personal Injury & Compensation through MatterPath uses the Personal Injury Advertising Membership at A$299 per month from signup, even if it also offers other areas of law. It cannot claim a Founding 10 place or the standard A$99 membership. No accepted-introduction fee applies to a personal injury or compensation matter. For an eligible non-personal-injury matter accepted by the same mixed practice, the fee is the higher of A$40 or 10% of its verified standard hourly rate. Membership does not purchase access to a particular claimant and does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, introductions, clients or revenue.

If an existing A$99 member is approved to add Personal Injury & Compensation, its other approved practice areas stay active. Before that new area activates, an authorised representative sees and accepts Stripe's exact immediate upgrade calculation. The unused part of the current A$99 membership period is credited and a new A$299 monthly period begins only after successful payment. Read the Personal Injury Membership Upgrade Disclosure.
