Need help using MatterPath?

Email info@matterpath.com.au and tell us which page or task is causing difficulty. Do not include confidential legal or matter details in an ordinary email.

1. Our approach

MatterPath considers accessibility when designing, building and reviewing its public pages, account areas and guided assessments. We aim to make important content and actions understandable, operable with a keyboard and usable across common screen sizes.

Accessibility is an ongoing part of product maintenance. A feature may still present a barrier for a particular person, device or assistive technology, so feedback is important.

2. Using MatterPath

The MatterPath interface is designed to support:

  • keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls;
  • descriptive headings, labels and instructions;
  • status and error information that is not communicated by colour alone;
  • responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop screens; and
  • browser zoom and text resizing without requiring a separate accessibility mode.

If a control cannot be operated with your preferred input method, report it using the contact details below.

3. Language support

Some assessment questions can be displayed using an optional translation. The English questionnaire remains the source text. Translation is intended to support understanding and does not translate or change the answers a consumer submits.

If translated wording is unclear, switch the question back to English or contact MatterPath. A translation is not legal advice and should not be used to calculate or protect a legal deadline.

4. Third-party services

MatterPath uses independent providers for functions including authentication and payments. A provider-hosted page may have different accessibility features and controls. Tell us if a third-party step prevents you from completing a MatterPath task so the issue can be reviewed.

5. Accessibility feedback

Send accessibility feedback to info@matterpath.com.au. It is helpful to include:

  • the page address and the task you were trying to complete;
  • what happened and what you expected to happen;
  • your browser and device; and
  • the assistive technology used, if you are comfortable sharing that information.

MatterPath will review the issue and available ways to provide the relevant information or service. Do not send passwords, authentication links or confidential matter information.

6. Changes to this statement

This statement may be updated as MatterPath's services, accessibility work or contact arrangements change. The current version and last-updated date appear on this page.
